Resumen

Este artículo analiza los principales costos y beneficios entre una política antimonopólica transparente y una política que proporcione menor información y mayor discreción a las autoridades. Existe un fenómeno creciente en el empleo estratégico o el uso inadecuado de las prácticas antimonopólicas por parte de las empresas, y este uso inadecuado genera desafíos para la aplicación de las medidas antimonopólicas y de transparencia.
